SUMMARY: Luxfer Gas Cylinders is looking for an
individual to play a key role in
the financial management of Luxfer North America (LNA). Reporting directly to
the Chief Financial Officer of the LNA business units, this high visibility
position requires an individual with a desire to make a difference by utilizing
their advanced skill set to drive improvements in the financial accounting, operational
reporting and performance of Gas Cylinders North America. The ideal candidate
- Manage, develop, and control the financial reporting and cost accounting
functions of the North
American Business Units
- Coordinate monthly forecasting and operational
a key member of the team tasked with further development and effective
utilization of businesses world class ERP system (SAP).
- Ensure compliance with Luxfer Group
policies, procedures, and SOX controls.
- Interact and advise the CFO and
Executive Management on reporting requirements, strategic direction, and future
development of LNA.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work directly with the President,
CFO, and key members of the leadership to team to optimize the performance of
Gas Cylinders North America.
- Manage LNA financial personnel
involved in the reporting of financial and operational performance, working
capital management and fixed asset activity.
- Direct personnel involved in the preparation
of short and long term financial forecasts and budgets, including financial
inputs into the LNA Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
- Work directly with Corporate and
Business Unit management to develop and maintain effective systems for
understanding financial performance.
- Maintain required internal control
structure and procedures for management reporting in compliance with Sarbanes
Oxley (SOX). Oversee key control processes for accounting, revenue recognition,
inventory and fixed assets.
- Oversee preparation of capital
spending requests consistent with Luxfer Group policy.
- Ensure timely and accurate
preparation of required management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual
basis in accordance with applicable Financial Reporting Standards. Direct
internal activities related to the annual audit process.

degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA, CPA, CA, or CMA a plus.
forecasting and management reporting experience a must. Public company exposure
of 5 years' experience in accounting or finance within a professional
with SAP (or similar ERP system) and Hyperion a plus.
computer skills, Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, Powerpoint
for advancement and ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
