*Note that this Luxfer torque value differs from the standard Compressed Gas Association (CGA) recommendation of 60 lbf-ft. Luxfer tests have shown that for certain Luxfer cylinders, 75 lbf-ft is the preferred torque value. However, in a case where a valve manufacturer specifies and takes full responsibility for a lower torque value, Luxfer sometimes defers to that manufacturer's specification, depending on specific application conditions.
