G-Flo™ gas management devices

In addition to cylinders, Luxfer offers a superior line of gas-management devices. G-Flo high-flow valves and splitters provide the next level of safety and performance. G-Flo QTVs (quarter-turn valves), G-Flo OTVs (one-turn valves) and G-Flo ESVs (electronic solenoid valves) are available exclusively with Luxfer composite AF cylinders and bulk gas transports.

G-Flo OTV (one-turn valve)

Model MVP-250-5

Key features and benefits:

  • High-flow in and out (Cv=2.0; flow equiv. = 0.277”/7.04mm orifice).
  • Low-torque for ease of use.
  • Includes Luxfer's high-flow PRD (direct or vented).
  • Knob position indicates open or closed. • Extremely lightweight, compact valve with 6061-T6 aluminum body-up to 50 percent lighter than similar products.
  • Comfortable knob-only one turn from open to closed.
  • Optional studs: fixed or indexable 370 degrees.

Additional features and benefits:

  • Optional excess flow valve. • 2,000-cycle life (NGV 3.1, ECE R110, ISO 15500-5).
  • Very low leakage (-50°C O-rings).
  • Optional high-flow ports for remote PRDs, gauges and sensors.
  • Knob can be turned by a 3/8-inch or 10mm Allen wrench.

G-Flo QTV (quarter-turn valve)

Model MPP-250-5

  • Includes Luxfer’s high-flow PRD (direct or vented).
  • Extremely lightweight, compact valve with 6061-T6 aluminum body—up to 50 percent lighter than similar products. • Lever position (0., 90.) indicates open or closed.
  • Optional studs: fixed or indexable 370 degrees.

PRDs (pressure-relief devices)

In addition to cylinders, Luxfer offers a superior line of valves and PRDs (pressure relief devices), including complete cylinder kits for AF applications. Our high-flow PRDs allow a faster release in case of an emergency.

G-Flo ESVs (electronic solenoid valves)

Models BV-350 and BV-700

Ideal for 350-bar and 700-bar hydrogen applications, these fast-response, in-tank solenoid valves are made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy (clear-anodized for corrosion resistance).

  • Two non-directional inlet/outlet ports to simply system manifolds.
  • 10 µm inlet filter.
  • Manual valve (isolation valve).
  • High-pressure solenoid (HPS) – true vehicle engine quick start.

G-Flo Splitters

Improving gas flow in CNG systems.
