Luxfer to supply bulk natural gas transportation modules for Australian virtual pipeline

PORT HEDLAND, Australia-Luxfer Gas Cylinders, Germany, has been awarded a contract to supply bulk gas transportation modules to Sub 161, a Queensland-based company that will use road-trains to truck compressed natural gas (CNG) from Port Hedland to a power station that serves the large Solomon iron ore mine in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.



Luxfer Group acquires Dynetek

SALFORD, England (17 September 2012)—Luxfer Group (Luxfer Holdings PLC), the global materials technology company serving the environmental, healthcare and protection markets, today announced that at a general meeting on Friday, 14 September 2012, the shareholders of Dynetek Industries Limited voted overwhelmingly to accept Luxfer’s offer to acquire Dynetek. All required approvals being in place, the transaction closed today.


Luxfer Group to acquire Dynetek

SALFORD, England (July 31, 2012)—Luxfer Holdings PLC (“Luxfer Group”), the global materials technology company serving the environmental, healthcare and protection markets, today announced that it had entered into an arrangement agreement with Dynetek Industries Ltd. (“Dynetek”) to acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Dynetek. The Dynetek board of directors, led by Executive Chairman Douglas Pigot, has unanimously recommended that Dynetek shareholders approve the transaction.

Luxfer Italy committed to clean energy in more ways than one

MAZZANO, Italy (Oct. 17, 2011)—Luxfer Gas Cylinders has opened a new, fully equipped facility in Italy to build alternative fuel systems using compressed natural gas (CNG) stored in lightweight Luxfer carbon composite cylinders. What’s more, the new Luxfer Italy facility is actually powered by clean, alternative energy in the form of photovoltaic solar panels that cover its roof.
